Mike Rufty and his team offer FANTASTIC customer service!! I have had State Farm for my insurance needs since I started driving over 40 years ago. I have been with Mike Rufty and his team for the vast majority of those years. No matter what my insurance needs have been over the years, they were there to get me the best coverage at the best price. Mike and Megan have been there to answer any questions I have about any kind of coverage. They are always so helpful. They can explain it all and help you navigate what coverage is best for you. That was especially helpful when the kids started driving, when we purchased a boat that needed coverage and when I started a home business--areas of insurance we had never had to deal with before. Most recently, I wanted to get a couple life insurance policies and to convert to a policy I already had. Patti was extremely helpful and thorough with explaining the different types of policies they offer, including the pros and cons of each. She Included the cost of each scenario in her quotes which helped me to determine which best fit my budget. She was instrumental in guiding me to the best options for me and my family.
